Pronounced intensity. Aromas of ripe red cherry and black cherry dominate, supported by secondary notes of sweet spice and subtle dark chocolate from six months maturation in new French and Romanian oak. The oak influence adds complexity without masking the fruit character.

Palate

Dry, full-bodied. High flavor intensity. Ripe red and black cherry flavors are complemented by hints of spice and cocoa. The tannins are medium (+), ripe and well-integrated. Acidity is medium, providing balance and freshness. The oak contributes structure, gentle toast, and depth.

Finish

Long finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate, spice, and ripe cherries.

The Dac Winery is a young company that started its operation in 2013 in the north of the Republic of Moldova, on a sunny territory, in the middle of an orchard, near the Dniester River, at a distance of about 20 km from the Soroca town, in the Racovăț village.

Along the entire production process, the producer turns the fruit of autumn into a special drink, offering various ranges and types of wines to the taste of those who know how to enjoy the pleasures of life.

In this winery one can find that specific elegant and refined white wine with a floral aroma, refreshing on hot summer days, and also a rich and intense red wine that offers strong and expressive aromas. The range is complemented by the refined rosé wine, a wine that concentrates the aroma of white fruits such as apricots with red aromas as conveyed by strawberry and raspberry. The high-quality dry wines are produced from noble varieties of grapes, protected by the heat of the sun, harvested on fertile vineyards via innovative methods and high-performance European technologies.
